Claire grew up in a creaky 1892 Victorian on Morning Street, the kind of house where the radiators sing and the third stair always announces you. Fixing that house alongside her father taught her more about old Maine homes than any license course ever could: knob-and-tube wiring, granite foundations, and the difference between charm and a money pit.
After eight years managing renovations for a Portland design-build firm, she earned her broker’s license in 2015 and opened Beacon Point Realty with a simple thesis: one broker, fully accountable, who knows the housing stock down to the studs. No team hand-offs. No junior agents learning on your dime.
Eleven years on this coast. More than 130 families guided through $48 million in sales, and sellers who average 101% of list price.
Sellers hire her for pricing discipline and staging instincts; buyers keep her number for the inspection-day gut checks.
