Every procedure starts with a conversation.
Each procedure below begins the same way: a private consultation, an honest conversation about candidacy and recovery, and a plan measured to you. No two operations at Aurelia are alike, because no two patients are.
A note on pricing
Because every plan is individual, pricing is too. At your consultation you receive a written quote covering surgeon, facility, and anesthesia fees, discussed transparently and without pressure. The consultation fee itself is credited toward any procedure you choose.
Face
The face tolerates no shortcuts. Dr. Marchetti's facial work favors conservative movements and meticulous technique: results that read as rest, never as work.
-
Rhinoplasty
Reshaping the nose to bring it into quiet balance with the rest of the face, while preserving or improving breathing. Whether refining a profile or correcting an old injury, the goal is a nose that suits you, not a nose from a catalogue. Candidacy, technique, and realistic outcomes are discussed in depth at consultation.
-
Facelift
A modern facelift repositions the deeper structures of the face rather than pulling skin tight, restoring the contours of the jaw and neck with a natural, unoperated look. Dr. Marchetti will walk you through what a lift can and cannot do, and whether the timing is right for you.
-
Eyelid surgery
Blepharoplasty addresses heaviness of the upper lids and puffiness below the eyes, often the first place tiredness shows. Careful, conservative work here can brighten the entire face while leaving your expression fully your own.
Breast
Breast surgery is intensely personal. Consultations here are unhurried and private, with sizing and planning done together: proportion, frame, and lifestyle guiding every decision.
-
Augmentation
Enhancing shape and proportion with an implant selected for your anatomy and goals. Dr. Marchetti discusses all options candidly, including sizing, placement, longevity, and the follow-up care implants require, so your decision is fully informed.
-
Breast lift
Mastopexy restores a youthful position and shape, often after pregnancy, nursing, or weight change, without changing size. For many patients a lift alone, or a lift with a modest implant, achieves the most natural result; the consultation is where that answer becomes clear.
-
Breast reduction
For patients living with neck and back strain, reduction is often as much about relief as appearance. Dr. Marchetti plans reductions to preserve shape and sensation, and reviews recovery honestly and thoroughly before any decision is made.
Body
Body contouring rewards patience and precision. These procedures are most successful for patients near a stable weight, a candor Dr. Marchetti brings to every consultation.
-
Liposuction
Refining stubborn, diet-resistant areas such as the flanks, abdomen, and thighs, with an emphasis on smooth, even contours. Liposuction is a sculpting tool, not a weight-loss tool, and part of our job is helping you understand where it will and will not help.
-
Tummy tuck
Abdominoplasty restores the abdominal wall and removes lax skin, most often after pregnancy or significant weight change. It is a meaningful operation with a real recovery, which is exactly why we plan it carefully and support you closely afterward.
Non-surgical
Not every goal calls for surgery, and we will tell you when it does not. Our non-surgical menu is deliberately small, performed by experienced clinicians, and held to the same standard of restraint.
-
Injectables
Neuromodulators and dermal fillers, placed conservatively to soften lines and restore volume where time has taken it. Our injectors work under Dr. Marchetti's direction, and “less, reassessed often” is the house rule.
-
Skin treatments
Medical-grade skin care, chemical peels, and laser treatments that improve tone and texture over time. Often the right first step, and sometimes the only step needed: a good skin plan makes every other result better.
The right procedure starts with the right conversation
Bring your questions. Dr. Marchetti will bring fifteen years of judgment, and an honest opinion about what will serve you best, even when the answer is “not yet.”
