Dr. Marchetti's path to plastic surgery ran through the operating rooms of some of the country's most demanding training programs, and through years of reconstructive work, where the stakes of every millimeter are absolute. That foundation shapes how she practices aesthetics today: technically exacting, anatomically conservative, and honest to a fault.
She founded Aurelia in Scottsdale to build the practice she wished existed: one surgeon, one patient at a time, with no production-line schedule and no pressure. She performs every surgical procedure herself, sees every patient personally at every visit, and keeps her surgical calendar deliberately light so that nothing is ever rushed.
Outside the operating suite, she teaches suture technique to residents, reviews for two peer-reviewed journals, and can usually be found on a hiking trail in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve at sunrise.

Aurelia was designed to feel nothing like a clinic and everything like a calm, private atelier. Appointments never overlap; you will not share a waiting room. Consultations run as long as your questions do, and no patient is ever quoted a plan before Dr. Marchetti has examined them personally.
The same philosophy extends to aftercare. Recovery is guided by the same team that planned your procedure, with scheduled follow-ups through the first year, because a result is not finished the day the sutures come out.
The private surgical suite
Procedures are performed in our on-site surgical suite, accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF), with board-certified anesthesiology providers in attendance for every case. One operating room, one patient, one team, never a shared schedule.

A certified perioperative nurse with over a decade in plastic surgery, Rachel is at your side in the suite and guides your recovery afterward.
