Four tracks. One standard.
Every class at FORGE is coach-led and capped at 16 athletes. Drop into any class your membership covers — or ask a coach which track fits where you are right now.
FORGE Strength
Barbell · 60 minOur flagship program. Squat, bench, deadlift, and press on a 12-week progressive wave, with accessory work that fills in the gaps. Every athlete trains from a personal training log — coaches track your numbers, adjust your loading, and call you out when you sandbag.
Who it's for
Lifters with at least six months of barbell experience (or a Foundations graduate) who want structured strength progress instead of random workouts.

Engine
Conditioning · 45 minConditioning with a plan. Engine cycles through aerobic base work, threshold intervals, and all-out repeat efforts on rowers, ski ergs, bikes, and sleds. You'll test a benchmark every four weeks, so the improvement isn't a feeling — it's a number on the board.
Who it's for
Anyone who wants a bigger gas tank: lifters who gas out between sets, weekend athletes, and people who are bored to death by treadmills.

Foundations
Beginners · 6-week courseThe front door to FORGE. Foundations is a six-week, twice-a-week course capped at 10 people that teaches the nine movement patterns everything else is built on. By week six you'll squat, hinge, press, and pull with a barbell — safely, and with numbers to build from. New cohorts start the first Monday of every month.
Who it's for
Complete beginners, people coming back after years away, and anyone told to "just start lifting" who wants to actually be taught how.

Mobility & Recovery
Recovery · 45 minThe class that keeps you training. Guided joint prep, loaded stretching, breath work, and soft-tissue sessions aimed at the positions lifters actually lose: overhead, front rack, and the bottom of the squat. It's not a nap on a foam roller — it's targeted work with a coach who knows what you lifted this week.
Who it's for
Every member training three or more days a week, desk workers with locked-up hips and shoulders, and athletes managing old aches that flare under load.
