The Strong Forever method
Movements are taught from their foundations, with the rationale behind training and technique. The goal is not perfection in a single workout. It is confidence, capability, and resilience over time.

Assess
How you move today
Your history, your mechanics, and the compensations your body has learned. Nearly thirty years of analyzing functional movement patterns starts here.
-
Program
Written for you
Individual programming or workshop progressions built around your body and your life, with the why attached to every movement.
-
Progress
Measured over months
Motor learning takes reps. Progress is tracked across months, not single workouts, so strength keeps compounding.
Services
Individual Programming
A program written for how you move: your history, your mechanics, your goals. Movement analysis meets motor learning, one athlete at a time.
Group Workshops
Small-group sessions that take one lift apart and put it back together. Learn the why, drill the how, and leave with work you can keep practicing.
Workshops aren't tied to one gym; they can be hosted at yours. Get in touch.
Barbell Confidence
Two hours on the fundamentals that make a barbell feel like it belongs in your hands: setup, bracing, and positions you can trust under load.

About the founder
For nearly 30 years, I worked as a pediatric occupational therapist: studying how the body moves and develops, why and how it compensates, analyzing functional movement patterns, identifying biomechanical inefficiencies, and applying motor learning principles to help people move better and live fuller lives.
Stepping into CrossFit coaching didn't mean leaving any of that behind. With a few more credentials, I bring it all with me into the gym each day. The motor control strategies that help a child learn to throw are the same ones that help a woman in her fifties nail a clean.
The squat a child so instinctively plays in, and the squat an athlete fights to maintain are governed by the same mechanics.
Both careers were never about quick fixes. They are about building something that lasts. Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life, but the stakes and science got personal when I hit middle age. The Strong Forever Project is what that moment created.
