This bar
is yours.
The Strong Forever Project is strength coaching for women, from a coach who spent nearly 30 years studying how bodies move. No intimidation. No ego. Just you, the bar, and someone in your corner who knows exactly why every rep matters.
Welcome to your power zone
The Strong Forever Project is a coaching experience built specifically for female athletes who want to feel strong, capable, and confident for life. Movements are taught from their foundations, with the rationale behind training and technique, so you become a more informed and confident lifter.
The goal is not perfection in a single workout. It is confidence, capability, and resilience over time.

Strong is the goal, not small.
Two ways to train
Individual Programming
A program written for how you move: your history, your mechanics, your goals. Movement analysis meets motor learning, one athlete at a time, with progress measured over months, not single workouts.
Group Workshops
Small-group sessions that take one lift apart and put it back together. Learn the why, drill the how, and leave with work you can keep practicing. Two focused hours, no experience required.

Barbell Confidence
Two hours on the fundamentals that make a barbell feel like it belongs in your hands: setup, bracing, and positions you can trust under load.

Your coach
For nearly 30 years, I worked as a pediatric occupational therapist: studying how the body moves and develops, why and how it compensates, analyzing functional movement patterns, identifying biomechanical inefficiencies, and applying motor learning principles to help people move better and live fuller lives.
Stepping into CrossFit coaching didn't mean leaving any of that behind. With a few more credentials, I bring it all with me into the gym each day. The motor control strategies that help a child learn to throw are the same ones that help a woman in her fifties nail a clean.
Both careers were never about quick fixes. They are about building something that lasts. Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life, but the stakes and science got personal when I hit middle age. The Strong Forever Project is what that moment created.

The squat a child so instinctively plays in, and the squat an athlete fights to maintain are governed by the same mechanics.
